Christian Kiefer An extremely talented Singer/Songwriter that plays anything from Post-Folk, Indie Rock to Emo tunes and is also a writer for Sacramento News & Review. He is based out of the Sacramento area where you can definitely catch a live show. In 2006, he went to the great state of Texas where he performed at the SXSW Festival (South By South West) with Sharron Kraus. About a year or so ago, British folksinger Sharron Kraus and him started collaborating up in the Northern Californian forest and managed to write and record a whole album's worth of material (in just a week), which has just been released by his very own record label Tompkins Square. His latest release 'Medicine Show' which features performances by Stephan Yerkey, Joan Jeanrenaud (Kronos Quartet), Mike Madden (from Welcome to Hard Times) as well as many other talents is an honorable listen.
