The park area is turned into an outdoor venue near downtown Sacramento with river access. Seasonal live music events take place that feature a variety of artists from Latin, Hip Hop, Rock, and Country music. The stage is set up toward the rear of the park, which leaves wide open spaces to spread a picnic blanket. Depending on the event, food/beverages and other related activities are spread out through the park area. The beer garden may also be set up for alcohol, which also provides a view of the stage.




Sunday, May 2nd: 102.5 FM's 10th Annual Cinco de Mayo Family Festival featuring Three 6 Mafia - Jason DeRulo - Baby Bash - Taio Cruz - Expose - Ray Dogg.
The day long concert sponsored by FM 102.5 features 21+ Beer/Wine/Margarita garden, Kids Zone, and assorted Food/Drink vendor booths. Blankets, lawn chairs, strollers okay.
